S03 E07: Caz Hitchcock from the Gravity Technique {part 2}
In this episode, I’m carrying on my conversation with Caz Hitchcock of the Gravity Technique.
Caz is an anatomy & human movement expert specialising in fixing faulty movement patterns to alleviate chronic joint pain. (please note this is part 2 so please go back to listen to part 1 if you haven't already )
Her own personal journey paired with her extensive knowledge inspired her to create a unique modality called The Gravity Technique.
For many years Caz was a Yoga teacher but was frustrated with the level of knowledge provided in her training to help her clients with various injuries they'd come to her with. She embarked on a 10-year journey to dissect (literally) the body and learn about the world of fascia and anatomy in motion.
She now teaches and coaches anyone in pain as well as training fellow yoga & movement professionals (and anyone keen to learn) to up-level their skills and help their clients on a whole new level.
Caz's mission is to de-normalise the narrative that pain is just part of life and something we have to put up with.
