LButler90 ,

Such a helpful podcast

Just listened to the podcast about mum rage and wow did I need to hear this! I have a very challenging 4 year old and a 6 month old. I’ve been finding it increasingly difficult to regulate myself when feeling tired and touched out and this often results in lots of shouting and crying (both from me and my son)!

This podcast helped me to understand what’s going on in my brain when I feel angry and how I can try to regulate myself to enable me to try to respond differently to challenging situations.

I really related to the discussion around mum guilt, unrealistic expectations and the never ending mental to-do list! Thank you to Caroline for sharing her expertise in this area - this was one of my favourite podcasts so far!
