This week we have Katy Ewen on the pod to chat about her experience with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).
Katy is an East London based Reflexologist and former professional dancer. Katy moved into Reflexology as it helped to ease her anxiety growing up and wanted to help others do the same. Katy wants to open up the conversation around mental health and is starting to share the full spectrum of her journey with OCD

The book that is mentioned is called overcoming obsessive compulsive disorder by David veale and Rob Willson.  A really great self help book that explains all of it and exercises you could start to do.
