5 Oceans Cult
As she enters the dormitory, Kim Young-ja notices a damaged ceiling tile. She knocks on the ceiling and waits, but when there is no answer, her curiosity compels her to peek inside the ceiling's crawlspace. To her horror, she finds not only a lifeless body hanging from the rafters but also 31 bodies piled on top of each other, decaying in the summer heat. With trembling hands, she reaches for her phone, her mind racing with the implications of what she has uncovered. She makes the call and says, "The messiah is dead".

Black Widow (Case of Lee Eunhae)
In 2002, 13-year-old Lee Eunhae smiled at the cameras as the host showed her and her disabled parents their new home. After carrying the responsibility of caring for both of her disabled parents, she tells the host "When I grow up, I want to give as much to other people in need as I have received”. 20 years later, Lee Eunhae is on TV again, but this time in a much different circumstance. The breaking news says "Lee Eunhae was arrested for the murder of her husband".

Molar Daddy (Case of Lee Younghak)
A mother reported her 14-year-old daughter Hayun missing at the Seoul Jungnang Police Station after she failed to return home from meeting a friend and her phone was off. Hayun last texted her mother about going to a movie cafe with a school friend, but her mother said no.Hayun responded like a typical teenager saying “you don’t let me go anywhere”. Hayun hung up on her mother and that was the last she’d ever hear from her daughter.

Great wee insight into South Korean crime
This was a neat wee find. It’s a good insight into crime in South Korea. I find it actually very useful, because we’re so used to everything being promoted as perfect when it comes to visiting the country, and this is a good look at some of the things that happen and aren’t widely known across the globe, and how the government and authorities deal with it. The host is also very friendly, and explains things very well. I’m so glad I found this little show :)
