    Special episode for Earth Day

    Special episode for Earth Day

In an episode from the archives (#46) today’s episode shares two poems I’ve written about our relationship with the Earth and then turn that inwards and explore how that relationship is a mirror for our relationship with ourselves. A reminder of our own brilliance and uniqueness that’s been dampened by all the musts, oughts and shoulds.

NDTPoetry ,

Alison took me swimming!

I really enjoyed the podcast where Alison talks about the metaphor ‘treading water’. The sound was amazing and I could feel how cold it was. It was brilliant hearing her describe her situation as a metaphor for stuckness!
