A great podcast with clear, easy to follow advice. I’ve recommended it to so many people. Given so many doctors are leaving the NHS or medicine entirely, and at many different stages (F1s to experienced consultants), I wonder if you’d consider doing an episode with advice about your NHS pension if you leave the NHS well before retirement and are unlikely to return? Info like any steps to take in preparation; what salary will be counted if you leave with pension in different schemes; should you try buy extra years before you go…
