The Road to Goodwood
From first visiting the Goodwood Revival in 1998 as a spectator, falling in love with historic racing and then wondering how one 'steps over the white picket fence' to become a racing driver and join the show, this episode charts the steps along the way that led to Chris going from complete novice to racing and competing in his first Goodwood Revival in 2012 in his own GT40 (chassis 1018).

Whether you sit in the grandstand, in your armchair at home in front of the telly, or behind the wheel of an exceptional historic racing car at great events like Goodwood, this is fascinating listening for participants, fans, and casual observers alike. Chris is the very embodiment of a gentleman racer, and a highly knowledgeable and enthusiastic participant and collector. He humbly recounts is every step from sitting in the grandstand with friends at Goodwood, to winning its most prestigious race. His story is inspiring and enlightening in equal measure. For anyone even vaguely into old cars and racing, I can’t recommend this enough.
