By Far the Best Parenting Podcast and Resource Around!

As a UK parent of two young boys, I have been listening and following Hunter Clarke-Fields for a long while now and feel that her content, style and true belief in parenting with mindfulness is second to none.

All of her work is inspiring and makes sense. Importantly it seems within reach for often tired, stressed out parents, or just for those wanting to try improve their daily parenting/home life approach.

The podcasts in particular are a great format: the diversity of topic, the quality of guest, and the way she interviews always really works well.

Mindful Mama’s full range of resources and courses are well worth signing up to, and sharing with other like-minded parents.

Refreshing and reassuring

I am a mother of a 6 year old and she is thankfully such an easy and lovely child.
Possibly there is an only child gene there as she simply mastered the notion of playing alone, with her dog or with us without making a fuss.
With the confinement, the new way of living was a blessing for us, my husband working from home and doing the cooking I was in charge of the home schooling.
This helped me understand even greater how it is important to be patient with the early year learning. I feel like I have discovered a new side of me thanks to this COVID19 confinement.
Teaching my child brought me an extra pleasure in being a mum and although I did not have my me times as before, I simply try to focus on our new life altogether 24/7 and it was imperfectly perfect, yes. And listening to your podcast was simply super 💯🙏🏾💓.

Brilliant!

I started listening last year when we went to Florida on holiday. I absolutely love the podcast. I find it really relatable and allows me to really think about my emotions and actions and calms me when I am having a stressful day. I work as health visitor working with mums with new babies and children under 5. I have found that I use a lot of the advice given in the podcasts when out in the community. I highly recommend listening :)
