Neighbuzz: The Neighbours Recap Podcast

This podcast is what makes Neighbours. I love to listen to CJ Kate and Vaya’s thoughts on the storylines and how they love to really get into the smallest details. They have just the right amount of reverence and irreverence and love for the programme. In fact when the show was cancelled I was at least as sad about the loss of the podcast as I was about the loss of the show. The whole community that has built up around the podcast is so friendly, it’s my favourite place on the internet.

As a huge fan of Neighbours, this has been so much fun to listen to.

I listen to a number of podcasts on my walking commute to work and on the school run and this is by far my favourite. I actually look forward to Mondays each week so I can join Vaya, Kate and CJ in going over the idiosyncrasies of a previous week’s episode. They say what I think but have no one to talk to about: The storylines are crazy, some of the characters are annoying and boring etc etc. I love the nicknames and now refer to them in my daily life (to the confusion of my husband). I’m disappointed that they’re not longer or weekly but I understand the work that goes into each episode and appreciate whatever we get. Thanks for cheering up my Monday mornings.

If you enjoy new Neighbours, I think you'll love this. It's nice to listen to people who've watched along-with you and are invested in the characters. Their nicknames for them are fun (now I will always think of Holly as HoHo). With Neighbours now on a 4-day week, somebody suggested: Monday-Thursday Neighbours, Friday Neighbuzz. That works for me too.
