@oisinlunny ,

Perfecto!

Who needs TV when podcasts are this good!

Oh dear - another one gone.

I’d been listening to the podcast for a while but today’s show was disappointing. The first story was taken and commented on at face value. This is despite a wealth of evidence, incredibly easy to access, to suggest it was a stunt and widely misreported. The way this podcast dealt with it was either incompetent or dishonest. It lacked any fact checking and played into unpleasant tropes. Steering clear of this show from now on.

Variable depending on guests & hosts

This is generally very good, but variable depending on the presenters and guests. If the guests are clever, so is the commentary. Sometimes they are thick as mince, which is jarring. One had a go at the police once for ‘making a law’ he didn’t like… fundamentally misunderstanding how laws are made. Basic knowledge of the functions of UK politics is a minimum requirement, in my view.
