Great for beginners starting a fitness programme
After being a couch potato for too many years this is great for beginning, or returning to a fitness programme. It would be good to have a version without all the instructions every time you listen, but this is only a minor detail . I’m enjoying getting back to feeling fitter and healthier.
On a mission
Liking the simplicity of these podcasts. Up to Level 2 so far, alternating days with cycling for the aerobic exercise, too. Can really feel the exercises working, particularly when Laura gently reminds you of your stance or positioning. Looking forward to moving up the levels.
Great routine for getting fitter slowly and safely
I’m really enjoying these podcasts and feel a sense of accomplishment when I progress to the next level. Having had one knee replacement and suffering from arthritis pain in the other, I was sure I would struggle. It’s made me feel so much stronger and fitter already and I’m still on podcast 3! I recommend to those who think their exercise days are over. Great mentally too.
