Having trouble sleeping? Join Yoga and meditation teacher Kathryn Nicolai for bedtime stories where nothing much happens to help you relax and sleep peacefully. The stories are a soft landing spot for your mind. Rather than letting your brain race through the same thoughts you’ve been chasing all day, we are taking a detour to a calm and comfy place. We tell the story twice and go a bit slower the second time.

Marmalade at the Inn Part two
Our story tonight is called Marmalade at the Inn Part Two and if you didn’t hear part one, it couldn’t matter less. It’s also about enjoying a new routine, the healing result of a bit of affection, and a bright morning at the end of a long winter.
We give to a different charity each week and this week we are supporting True Colors United, working to implement innovative solutions to youth homelessness that focus on the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ young people. https://truecolorsunited.org

Best relaxing podcast
This is easily my favourite podcast for relaxing. I love Katherine’s voice. The stories are comforting and soothing. I often don’t make it past the first 10 minutes of a story as I am usually fast asleep however on the odd occasion I do hear the whole story and they are lovely. I recommend this podcast to all my friends and family who have all said how much they like and enjoy it too.

I found NMH by chance, and was instantly entranced, knowing often Kathryn was speaking to me and me alone, so insightful and reassuring we’re her introductions.
Utterly perfect, creating a whole universe you can fall in love with, I can’t think of a better way to wind down.
Entrancing.
Thank you, Kathryn.
