I’ve been meaning to write a review for ages but I never make it to the end of an episode so keep forgetting! I adore the stories and different lives and jobs I get to do and places to explore through these stories. The stories are always vague enough for me to fill in with my own details, so I can imagine my own backdrops for them. So happy I found this podcast!! 🥰

I have been using this podcast for 6 years. It has made a huge difference to my sleep, which now comes easily even when I wake in the middle of the night. The meditation podcast First this is also excellent.
