    It was only a couple weeks ago when Meghan started sharing with me how little changes in her son's eating plan, actually helped to alleviate the severity of some of his Autism symptoms.



    And when I heard the improvements that he was having, I could not wait to share them with you too!



    It is becoming more of a conversation in the Autism community around the impact of certain foods on Autism symptoms. And what I love about this episode is that Meghan shares her personal experiences with changing up her child's diet, while also being mindful of environmental toxins, and not getting overwhelmed with changes too!
