Healing Your Inner Child. In conversation with inner child expert and psychodynamic coach, Lavinia Brown

In this episode, I speak to inner child expert and psychodynamic coach for mums, Lavinia Brown about how our past as adults can unconsciously impact our present and parenting styles. We unpack what our inner child is, and how we can start to recognise our past coming into play in our present. We touch on self-care practises and Lavinia shares her tips and tools that Mamas can incorporate in daily life to start to recognise the healing inner child process. It can be uncomfortable and messy, but ultimately leads to a more fulfilled and balanced life.
