Customer Reviews
Always an important podcast
Have read Private Eye, for far too many years, so I have the highest respect for all those who put their time and energy into producing both the magazine and the podcast. They are the reasons I still believe that the facts, and truth are still important in the world.
Guard dog of British politics
Unbiased coverage of uk politics. New Labour Mark 2, beware
What ??!!
Paul Foot Awards, leading off with another conspiracy claim for 0.001% of people prosecuted. Talking absolute tosh! Really Private Eye ? Are our journalists really this bad. Is this years winner going to be 5G versus Covid !? Micky Mouse journalism awards ! The courts are like this because it’s cheaper, because of backlogs. Read the small print. Is it 10000’s of 85 year olds not paying their car tax ? No. It’s not the post office scandal. Trying your best to hype up a no story. Slow clap !
This cannot be our best journalism.
Second year running of Trash journalism awards.
I once sat in court 2 days listening, the press were there too. When the story appeared in the paper the press had got it all completely wrong - like they were in a different court- the names, who did what, the outcome, the injuries, all of it wrong.
D- Private Eye. Must do better (again)
