Why New Years Resolutions Should Be Composted
Ellen Mary doesn't believe in New Years resolutions, in fact she thinks they should be composted right away and a new goal based January is a better approach. In this episode hear why resolutions are destined to failed (but that doesn't make you a failure) and how goal setting your year ahead (especially your garden) is a more sustainable approach to help keep the January blues away.

Brilliantly interesting and well thought through podcast
Ellen has an amazing way of bringing about calm and tranquility, her People Plants Wellbeing podcast is one of my favourites as the topics covered are very real. Using and looking to nature for well-being has been one of the best things I have done for my own well-being.
Totally honest and real
Such a brilliant show. Having lost so many very close family and friends in the last four years, everything resonated here. But I also love Ellenmary’s total openness too. That realisation that grief and grieving is also about other massive life changes and identity. Fabulous reaffirmation for me, which I totally needed. Thank you for this. A total need to listen for anyone going through the grieving process.
