This has been a Godsend for me. It’s breaks the mould on current psychotherapy programs and gives a totally different approach which is refreshing, gives hope, and builds you up to become the “you” you dream of. Listen to a few to get the idea. It sounds too simplistic at first but the more you listen, the more the idea becomes achievable.
