    Episode 18 - Dr. No

    Episode 18 - Dr. No

Join myself and special guests Kyle and Daniel as we dive into Dr. No, the Cuban Missile Crisis, Bay of Pigs Invasion, Socialism and the impact of Castro today.  Fun watch, a lot of interesting views and stories from a time when James Bond was as always 5 minutes into the future with his missions.  One of the best Bond films of all time, and the one that started it all so it is poignant that my first journey into YouTube begins with Dr. No as well.

Episode 16 - The Living Daylights - A Defection Story

Come listen as myself and Chris Hunt from British Bond Addict talk about Timothy Dalton's first outing as Bond, The Living Daylights.  We had a blast chatting Bond and going into Daniel Craig's Foghorn Leghorn accent.  After we go into a crazy ass story about a real life defection that happened in the 60's that started with clapping cheeks, and ended in a deadly kidnapping.  It's a fun episode, full of laughs and full of really interesting topics.

Adding depth to the Bond films

A fun podcast that delves deeper into the stories that we know so well as Bond fans. Donny the host researches a topic from a different film each week. Although the basis of his podcast may seem serious he keeps it fun, lighthearted and easy to digest. His curiosity for all things reminds me somewhat of Bond’s creator Fleming. He regularly brings in guest speakers from the Bond fan community to help him with his research. I look forward to future episodes. Thank you Donny.
