Raising Capital and a Family. In Conversation with Onloan founders, Tamsin Chislett and Natalie Hasseck Pachamama In Conversation

    • Parenting

In this episode, I speak to two friends and female founders, with a shared mission to reduce waste and reignite a love of clothes through a fashion rental service call Onloan.

Tamsin Chislett and Natalie Hasseck started the company whilst balancing and embarking on motherhood, respectively.  They raised investment whilst both being pregnant and headed back into the workplace a lot sooner than most, leaving their significant others (both male) at home looking after their newborns. We discuss the realities of being a female founder raising capital, the importance of trust and respect in your co-founder, and why building a brand that advocates conscious consumption is so important to them.
