    The Biggest Illusion Is That You Are Unworthy: Stop Believing The Lie

    Humanity is undergoing a huge cleansing, healing, letting go so that we can evolve into higher versions of ourselves. Part of that letting go, is releasing all the illusions and lies that have limited us. One of the biggest of them, is that we believe that we're not worthy.     Your Intuition Doesn't Lie: It's Doubt That Doesn't Trust

    Your intuition is the voice of your Higher Self. For some, their intuition comes through visuals. For others, they hear it. Others still, having a knowing or an inner feeling. We all have our unique way of 'listening' to the voice of our intuition and Higher Self. But many struggle to feel connected to their intuition, let alone trust it. One of the greatest obstacles to hearing, trusting and believing in our intuition, is doubt, and doubt comes from fear. An intuition will spontaneously come in, most often followed by a doubting mind driven by fear, skepticism and its need for a logical answer or path ahead. Intuition isn't logical but my goodness is it helpful, insightful and quite often, life saving. In this episode, I go into the things that block our intuition, what cultivating a relationship with our Higher Self looks like and requires, and how to discern between what is our intuition and what is our fear. Here's one hint: Anything or anyone that induces or incites fear in you is not coming from a place of love and care. Love, calms. Fear, panics. Your Higher Self always has your best interest at hand. It forever cares about you and loves you and would never, ever, want to scare you. It doesn't mean that some things in life don't take great courage, but true, genuine and authentic support, always comes from a place of love and not fear. Tune in for more...     You Don't Need To Fix It, You Need To Feel It: How Surrender Is Helping Us Evolve

    Many of us are being asked to surrender right now. For some the obstacles, hurdles and challenges are huge, for others they are more subtle. Either way, most of us are being catapulted into a kind of surrender that is inviting us to slow down and feel. Slow down, and listen. We're shifting our centre of gravity from mind to body and heart. There's nothing like surrender to drop us into feeling and there's nothing like feeling to get us into our body.     The Future Human & Finding The Humour In The Cosmic Joke

    I'm recording this episode on the autumn equinox in the northern hemisphere. It's a time of energetic transition, as the current of energy shifts from going up the front of our body to going down, inviting us to turn more inwards into a space of being, contemplation and the tilling of the soil of our inner being. It's a good segue into this week's topic about the future human, what we're evolving into and what that process looks like and requires from us. As we remember our true selves, why we're here, what this is all about, we remember too the cosmic joke and the "trickster" that weaves itself through this school of hard knocks. Remembering humour as we become more evolved (which really just means returning to our original template) helps us get through the demolition of the old.     Letting Go To Reset & Renew: September Energies & Moving Through Transition

    August was about boundaries and self-worth, September is about the letting go of all the old patterns, habits, beliefs, behaviours and selves that we no longer need to hold onto as we shift out of a very long and old cycle and await the new cycle to begin. We're in the final months of the snake, shedding it's skin, closing off the Kali Yuga cycle, stepping through the corridor of transition that will lead us into a new phase and cycle. The in-between can be uncomfortable. Emotions are coming up as we're being invited to settle more into our humanity, our heart and into the frequency of love.
