Nicely done!
I found this podcast by accident and whilst it doesn't tell you anything you don't really know, it is clear and to the point based on Bonnie's experience of 'real weight loss', it just reminds you of the simple changes you can make to have a healthier weight loss. Do stick with the series, initially the sound quality was slightly muffled but this improves as does Bonnie's confidence. I downloaded the whole series and listen to each 15 min podcast in the morning as I go to work, to get me in the right frame of mind for the day. Thank you and keep up the good work.
