Sleep within 15 minutes

I was skeptical about this but it does get me off to sleep within 15 minutes even when I’ve been tossing and turning. I never get past my shoulders in the body scan episodes 😂

This podcast is a godsend for anyone who just can’t switch off. For me I’m constantly worrying about how I should be sleeping but can’t, however listening to Jason talk about sleep at a gentle speaking volume, in a slow steady rhythm sends me off so easily. I especially like that he now releases 2 versions of each episode to suit whether you relax to music or prefer silence in the background!

Too slow for me

I like the content of what is being said, but it seems to be said very slowly. For me it it makes my anxiety worse for sleep . Shame .
