Former mayor and host, David Leis, brings 2023 Toronto mayoral candidate, Anthony Furey, onto this week’s episode. As Furey explains, you may not be interested in politics, but politics is interested in you.  

Host Leighton Grey speaks with author Naomi Wolf about the surge of pro-Palestine protests at universities across Canada and the U.S. Wolf claims these demonstrations are driven by paid agitators aiming to create chaos, rather than addressing the illegal mistreatment in Palestine. Instead, she argues, protestors are supporting Hamas. Wolf also shares how witnessing such events has brought her closer to God.

Hear the account of former Ontario MPP Randy Hillier as he reflects on his time advocating for Canadians' freedom at the Ottawa Freedom Rally in 2022. What seemed like an innocent activity at a family-friendly event landed Mr. Hillier in hot water with law enforcement. Were the charges an example of lawfare, or were they necessary to fit the event within the framework of the federal government's narrative?
