    Does grounding help?

    Does grounding help?

I've started using grounding techniques myself much more recently and they are definitely helping me, so I thought I'd share a few ideas.

You can find more ideas on our website, along with details of the conference and other support we can offer https://connectivefamily.com/

PS. the sound is very quiet in places, sorry.  I decided that it was worth sharing anyway so I hope you don't mind.

    Selfcare isn't selfish

    Selfcare isn't selfish

In this episode I'm back talking about selfcare - it's sooo important, but often undervalued.  We don't have time for it, we maybe don't think we deserve, we don't know what will work for us.  I share my thoughts and personal experience.

If you'd like more information about this or any topic jump over to our website https://connectivefamily.com/

Always Positive Useful Advice

I love listening to Sarah and hearing what she has to say. She is so approachable in her delivery and I never feel like I’m being preached to just positive useful advice. I feel confident that what I learn I can implement and that’s testimony to her. Great guests and interesting topics. Well worth a listen, I subscribed straight away so not to miss one. Thank you Sarah.
