Too much advertising too short a content

Im a huge Tortoise fan and listen to everything they produce. But there’s no point in promoting Sensemaker as a less than 10-min curated news content when the content itself represents the smallest portion of the podcast. This is really annoying and frankly misleading fr your listeners.
I don’t like The Observer.

I don’t like the Observer. All those boring privileged columnists moaning about how lucky they are. I stopped listening to the Guardian podcast a few years ago. I really liked Tortoise. It felt like a fresh take and it looked at things differently. I understand the Observer was a loss but I wish it hadn’t come to Tortoise.

Love this podcast to get up to speed on a topic in the typical Tortoise way (value your approach to news so much). But the ads are just unbearable. 3X same ad in a 6 minute episode? I know there is the subscribe option, but just not affordable for me.
