Christopher is now investing in his sewing practice while he continues in his day job manufacturing DNA. Christopher follows many online sewing communities including Sewover50 so that he can hear the view points of many people and learn along the way.
Amelie dress sewalong
The Button Challenge is the August and September sewalong run by Sew Busty with Brittani of Untitled Thoughts. Brittani is back on the podcast to share her sewing experience with new sewists. This is a simple pattern - the Amelie dress is designed by Brittani. She has written some great posts on Sew Busty website for new sewists to follow and get a better fitted bodice on this dress.
Andie (sewprettyinpink) is an artist, sewist, writer and improv comedian. Andie also describes themselves as a disabled fat Endy Babe interested in sewing, fashion, Lingerie, Swimwear and EDS. Andie talks about their developing @Chronicallysewn and the current #slowprojectchallenge. Chronicallysewn is an inclusive space for chronically ill (mental/physical) sewists. Slow Project Challenge runs over 3 months and the emphasis is on rest. There's no need to finish a project or projects.

Wendy has taught sewing locally for many years and her depth of teaching experience has led her to writing this book for people to create clothes they want to reflect who they are.
