I find it so empowering and energizing when I do new things—even something as simple as shopping at a different grocery store. And of course there are the big things, too, like taking a vacation in a country I’ve never been to before. I am constantly reminding myself to make a habit of saying yes to new things, because otherwise my world will accidentally get narrower and narrower.
