By feeling better it is easier to be open to the things you want, and they are more likely to make their way to you. There is a sense of ease in feeling good, a letting go, a confidence that even if things don’t always work out the way you expected that they’re still working out.

    The idea we are positing tonight is essentially the idea of manifestation. That word has gotten a lot of play in recent years, and may elicit an automatic eye roll for some, but what it means to Karissa is just this: being willing to feel good. If you choose to feel good about your career when I’m still trying to get it off the ground, or your health when you're sick, or sleep when you’ve been suffering from insomnia, it may seem silly at best, false or forced at worst. But when you open up to good things happening, and if you prepare yourself to feel good, when those good things come your way you are ready to hold on to them. Even if things don't go as planned, you may find yourself feeling good anyway. This is part of the magic that can come from meditation.

Pretty much works for me most of the time. Would personally prefer some more guided visualisations. Definitely one of the better sleep podcasts! Thank you

Great sleep aide. Very effective…

…but it’s a shame most of my downloaded favourites seem to have been deleted from my phone as part of the restructuring. Fair enough you want to make more money going forward. Nothing wrong with that, but it’s a bit rum to somehow delete previously downloaded episodes.
