Only One Problem

I’ve been listening to Sleep Wave since the very beginning. I know I’m guaranteed a good night’s sleep every week when a new episode drops. My brain is now tuned to relaxing as soon as I hear Karissa’s voice. Only one problem with this I recently discovered as I started listening to an audiobook by Stacy Willingham and found it difficult to stay focused. Finally I realised why. It’s Karissa narrating ! 😂
