    This week I’m joined by my great friend and fellow coach, Alice Law from LAWALI. Alice is a coach who specialises in stress management and energy. And while she has reiki and coaching qualifications, she maintains it has been her most prominent life experiences of the past ten years that have allowed her to have her own unique insights into coaching & stress management and her own way of thinking to help others. Her losses proceeded to come directly after one another, there were times when she felt like no stone was being left unturned.
