cant get enough!
If you try to define this podcast in one word that word would be “Cocaine”! The first time I listen to it didn’t make a lick of sense, its like being inside a mind of schizophrenic. At the time I thought it’s nothing special but I keep coming back to it wondering what going to happen in the next episode. And now I listen to one to two episodes everyday and I can’t help myself.
I know I am talking non-sense but the podcast is really good. try listening to the first few episodes and you will be hooked. I just finished listening to all 2005 episodes. It truly is an awesome podcast!!
A Brilliant Podcast!
One of my favourite podcasts! Teknikal Diffikulties blends surreal otherworldly tales and satirical humor.
The host, Cayenne Chris Conroy, combines regular serials (such as The Account) and both long and short form sketch comedy - so you never know what you'll get next.
My one criticism is that the volume throughout an episode can sometimes be inconsistent - Sometimes I'll have to turn my speakers up to max just to hear it, and then suddenly a new segment of the show starts and I have to turn it down again.
Still, cheers for the show Chris, it always jumps to the top of my podcast queue when new episodes come out.
Staggeringly good stuff
This podcast has been a favourite for a few years. There are two streams: free-form, surreal comedy with an established cast of quirky and memorable characters (TekkDiff); and a sci-fi/fantasy narrative with a core of three characters (The Account: A Tale of the Waking World). Both are engrossing for me, though I can easily imagine some listeners would prefer one or the other. The creator and producer maintains a complete back catalogue, I believe, and the complete run is a work of genius. It is probably worth mentioning that the theme range over an enormous tranche of subjects, but maybe also worth saying that my 11yo daughter has become a big fan and that is a very good thing.
