This is a little add-on to the last episode for all of those who need to hear it. I speak about human behaviours and psychology, why people reject others and how to move forward.

This is for the people who are struggling to deal with rejection. Maybe you just got dumped or maybe you just need to see things from a different perspective, either way, this will get you thinking differently! I believe we break our own hearts and the only way to stop that is to make better choices. Know your worth, understand your value and do not lower your standards through loneliness or desperation, it will only prolong the grief.

I had a trip to IKEA today and I felt terrible for my friend because I’m so indecisive! When I came home I decided to research it and what I found was interesting! It turned into a little solo therapy session that I think will be really valuable. I hope you enjoy the episode and learn to be less critical of yourself. Life is hard enough, don’t make it harder for yourself.
