We’re thrilled to bring you an exclusive kitchen session with Loudon Wainwright III. Currently touring the UK and Ireland, Loudon made a detour to Todmorden to give us half a dozen songs, including a couple that you won’t find on record. There are lots more treats, including a bluegrass version of a U2 anthem and a rare live recording of a classic banger by King Curtis. Welcome Back!

How many years is it since I last listened to Andy Kershaw Radio One? I dread to think.
Decades have gone by.
Vividly remember listening to Ted Hawkins.
Thank you for the music.

An Education!

Not only does Andy play some great music but he also always has something interesting to say about the backgroud to the songs or some related anecdote about the singers. This is the kind of podcast where you want to sit down and pay attention to it. I'm a fan!

So glad he’s back

Only recently came across this podcast from
the brilliant Kershaw. I can’t put it down. The range of musical genres is like no other show and it’s bloody great to hear his dulcet Lancastrian tones once more.
