    Shaheda is a registered midwife of 9 years, breastfeeding specialist and trainee tongue tie assessor. Shaheda is passionate and committed in supporting mums in getting the positive feeding experience they want. She uses her clinical experience from working in the NHS trust and understanding the challenges in the system that can affect your feeding journey. Shaheda is a huge advocate for any expecting Bizzimumzi to choose their best feeding journey. Oral function plays a huge part in feeding difficulties and unfortunately, this is something that is lacking in the NHS. Shaheda provides thorough feeding assessments to highlight if this is a potential issue and provide the correct guidance to achieve a better feeding experience for you and your baby.

    Synthia is the head trainer and creator of SLINK FIT! Originally from NEW YORK, she started her career as a performer. She was seen as a Rockette in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, performed in a number of Broadway Shows (How to Succeed…, Big Fish, Bullets Over Broadway and Frozen), National Tours, and even the Metropolitan Opera! Her passion for health and fitness has always had a strong presence in her life. While performing, she was also a fitness instructor at a variety of studios in Manhattan, and graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a certified holistic health coach.
     
     
    Synthia’s classes are HIGH ENERGY, SWEATY, and FUN. She always aims to push you beyond your comfort zone, but also ensures that her class provides a safe space for all to thrive, grow, and reach their goals! She also promises to try and make you laugh as much as possible!

Nicki is a Science Communicator with a Biological Sciences Degree and specialises in sports and automotive, science, technology and the environment.
     
     
     
    Nicky welcomed her second baby boy into the world roughly 7 months ago.     Nikki M. James originated the role of “Nabalungiâ in the Tony Award-winning musical The Book of Mormon, for which she received the Tony Award as Best Featured Actress in a Musical. Other Broadway credits include All Shook Up and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. Additional theater credits include Romeo and Juliet, Caesar and Cleopatra opposite Christopher Plummer at Stratford Shakespeare Festival, The Wiz at La Jolla Playhouse, Bernarda Alba at Lincoln Center, House of Flowers at Encores! and Walmartopia. 
     
     
     
    Nikki and her husband are expecting a baby girl and they couldn't be more excited. Nikki found out the news they were expecting while working on a show in Washington, DC. She gave it her all, 8 shows a week, and her girl thrived in her tummy during the entire show's run. Nikki laughs that she never expected to be belting it out on stage in 4 inch heels and a corset while expecting but she also found it to be incredibly liberating.
