Incredible insights, even if you think you’ve got a complete hold on your happiness

I’ve been working with Kitty and Klaudia on the artwork for this show for a good few months, but am only just getting around to listening myself! I’m very thankful for the podcast’s scientific insights — a tangible and methodical reframing of a wildly abstract concept. Even if you think you’re invincible and take great pride in your independent mental fortitude, you never know when you might have a ‘Chris Traeger from Parks
