If you looking for a uplighting, fact filled podcast about improving you health, mindset and general lifestyle, you will not find a better podcast out their.

Gav and Luke are like the friends you wish you had and give you insights into how to improve every aspect of your life from health to improving your mindset be it the benefits of knowing your Macros, self development books to Luke’s bonkers bedtime and toilet routine.

During these Covid times, there really is no better couple of guys to let into your life and keep you healthy and optimistic.
