He reached this point via a journey that saw him start club nights, create a record label, manage bands, coordinate hipster bingo nights and eventually side step into entertainment.

Great!
Andy is a really interesting guy. He has an obvious talent for interviewing in a relaxed way which seems to have the effect of allowing his guests to open up and talk candidly. For me, the essence of how people become driven to certain actions is fascinating, Andy clearly shares this interest and interviews in a way which delves into thought processes of these individuals.
Refreshing, Reassuring and Empowering.
I listened to the first episode of this podcast the other day and was genuinely engrossed in it from start to finish. Having worked in the film industry myself I know how hard it can be to "make it", so to hear from someone as established as Victoria and learn that she has shared in the difficulties and barriers to success that i've been confronted in my own journey, was incredibly refreshing. I now feel determined to keep pushing forward. Looking forward to the rest of the series!!
