This week - after a short hiatus (moving house) - The Mojo Podcast is back with a wonderful guest and a fundamental subject area: Breathing & Breathwork.

Ali Gilling is a trauma-informed breathwork, yoga and mindfulness practitioner who has been travelling extensively around the globe as a nomadic yogini for over 25 years, running retreats and workshops internationally since 1999.
Her journey began in India in 1993, discovering ashram life, studying 1-2-1 training with her teacher for 2 years.

She continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing training courses and personal development. Ali offers a heartfelt space empowering her clients to improve their physical, emotional and mental well-being, releasing blocked trauma through somatic release and the power of the breath, enabling their own healing journey and personal transformation.

She is a senior mentor with Integrative Breath Facilitator Training offering both in-person and online monthly breathwork ceremonies, women’s circles alongside coaching 1-2-1 with clients.

She has trained as a Mental Health First Aider, where she works with anxiety and stress reduction through both mindfulness and breathwork.

Ali runs her own retreats and also is often invited in as a guest teacher to host breathwork sessions. 
Ali is open for collaborations, bringing breath awareness and mindfulness for optimum health and self healing.
