Fantastic podcast!

Being a runner who has recently become Vegan, I’ve been binge listening to this podcast. Fantastic advice on running, food and life. Love it!

Disappointing

I listened to the episode called “A deep dive to nutrition for athletes…” and it was not deep at all, very disappointing content.
The guest did no answer question about timing. Gave an example of what she eats in a day and it seriously lacks of protein so I don’t see how this is relevant to athletes. Her eating window is 4-6h and we now know from Dr Mindy Pelz that such short eating windows can be harmful for women.

Wrong, stupid and dangerous

Dubious science. Weak epidemiology. Yet more misguided, prematurely aged vegans promoting malnutrition and starvation. Avoid!
