Our RESPONSE is everything when it comes to parenting teens.
Charles Swindon tells us that life is 10 % of what happend to us and 90% of our we respond to what happened. This quote is the foundation to our conversation on this episode. What we say and do when we react has no time to be filtered and processed of it consequences but when we add a PAUSE, we create pathways for more understanding and reflections. Postponing our corrections in the moment of non- compliance and conflicts in the home with our teens is the wise thing to do. I'm glad you are taking the time to listen to this. I mentioned the next Group of Parents of Teens classes thatbwe are running from the 17th of Feb 2023 for 4 weeks. Register on hhtps:bit.ly/parentingteens101pc.
