When ex-Bunny girl Jayne Gaskin spots the desert island of her dreams for sale online, she decides to risk it all. Trading in their English village home, Jayne and her family relocate to their own private paradise, just off the coast of Nicaragua. And a reality TV crew follows them to film a new show, No Going Back. But soon they all discover that paradise has its secrets. The locals claim the island belongs to them, and it’s been sold illegally. Jayne’s not leaving without a fight. A fight that will soon turn deadly.

Great podcast
I love this podcast deserves 5 stars just love the way Alice tells the story. We need more like this.
Fascinating story, host that will grate your nerves
Interesting story, incredibly hammy narration which is quite distracting. Most irritating is the host insisting on pronouncing Nicaragua incorrectly over and over and over again, for a story set in Nicaragua that really should have been fixed because it starts to grate.
The story telling is very jokey but it’s true crime 😵💫
One of those true crime podcasts where it’s joking a lot and told like a funny story. When there is a murder included and the person the story is about didn’t want to be included maybe this story should have been left be and not retold. I listened to it so i have joined in the stirring up but felt an uncomfortable listen. Basically the level the story was explained at probably if you enjoy the Sun newspaper you’ll enjoy this , with all that level of one dimensional character tropes.
