Insightful discussion with Torsten Bell

Excellent discussions both with Torsten Bell and the previous guest Andy Haldane. Clear ideas on what’s wrong with our economy and how to improve it.

Money is boring

The whole podcast is about money, which is very boring. Please talk about sport or movies or something else more interesting in future, not money. Thank you.

Worth is just for Who killed Truss

Great coverage and subsequent debate with Truss who acquits herself well. The only thing the whole thing doesn’t account for properly is the general macroeconomic environment that made the choices taken bold (kind) regardless of the structural issues they were astoundingly unaware of thanks to generally institutional incompetence that in essence Truss appears to want to fix. Eye opening with regard to Truss and Peston keeps her lively.
