Hello! My name is David Lawrence, and I'm an American Rugby fan who follows the game all over the globe. The Scrum of the Earth is a weekly podcast, with bonus episodes frequently thrown in. Each week, we look at news and results from around the world, and we look ahead to upcoming action. I support my USA Eagles, the New England Free Jacks in MLR, Scotland internationally, and a few other teams in leagues I follow, from the NPC to the Super Six. Please get in touch @OfScrum or TheScrumOfTheEarth@gmail.com, I am always happy to answer questions or respond to your ideas. Cheers, and be well! The Venus de Milo of Rugby, Weekend Wrap Up, and More!
Wherein I really enjoy a lovely weekend of SO much rugby, though I admit, I’m looking forward to the comparative peace that is on its way this coming weekend. Pretty sure I fulfilled my obligation to insert a heaping dollop of silliness, as well.

Famous Dubliner Jordie Barrett, Weekend Wrap Up, and More!
Wherein I am very excited to kick off our first weekly episode on the Sport Social Network, they’ve really been great, and I very much hope we can leverage this platform to reach new audiences. If you have yet shared or liked or reviewed or any of those things, please, just take a moment and do so, it’d be amazing to see more people all over the globe tuning in. As usual, I feel fairly confident I manage to insert a heaping dollop of silliness, as well.

Episode 143 - Like a Beach Against the Tide, Weekend Wrap Up, and More!
Wherein I am overjoyed by the reasonable amount of top notch rugby, what a weekend! I definitely don’t mention my shame for picking against my beloved Free Jacks, and unless you’re one of the few people reading this, you’d never know! Oh yes, I feel pretty sure I manage to insert a heaping dollop of silliness, as well.

Episode 141 - I'm Making A Huge Mistake, Weekend Wrap Up, and More!
Wherein I manage to greatly tone down the absurd scope of the coverage last week, enjoy a few upsets and bounce-backs, and, just now as I write this, get weirdly excited for the return of the EPCR! Hopefully, I manage to insert a modicum of silliness, as well.

Customer Reviews
A great listen!
I stumbled across this little gem by its association with the Scottish Rugby podcast and I’m so glad I did. It’s a great way to catch up with all the rugby happening across the weekend. There are also fantastic interviews. David’s enthusiasm for all things rugby shines through. Highly recommended!
