Awful audio

Would it be possible to use better microphones; the production quality is abysmal

Easily applicable ideas discussed!

Really interesting and easily applicable stuff discussed - especially loved the coaching episode!
Is there any way of making it louder? When I am listening through headphones (apple head phones on an iPhone) I can’t hear you too well. To the point where on a bus I can’t listen because I miss too much - it feels like you are too far away from the mics.
Other than that - fab stuff, keep it coming!
