Jarring interview by Raymond Bonner

The Teacher’s Pet and The Teacher’s Trial are outstanding podcasts and i am in awe of what Hedley Thomas achieved and the professionalism of his colleagues from The Australian. However, the tone of this recent interview by Raymond Bonner, including the laughter of the audience at several points, in response to remarks of Bonner, both unsettling and distasteful. It felt at odds with all the outstanding work that has gone before. I wish it hadn’t been released.

Long winded

So drawn out it’s ridiculous.
