Thriva podcasts

Informative and very helpful to a ‘typical’ human; i.e. not an athlete!! I am impressed by Thriva since joining to have my blood tested for having a point of reference as a health base line. The results are incredibly informative and helpful and very in depth too. I didn’t know there was so much involved in my health and the tips on how to improve any areas that need improving are great. Thank you Thriva. So glad I found you. 😁

Learning opportunities

“Kind of”

Informative podcast, would be five stars if not for the host’s overuse of the filler words “kind of”. This is intended as constructive feedback, there are methods one can employ to reduce one’s use of filler words. Definitely worth looking into.
