This podcast series is a must for any and everyone who wants to understand health, your body, eating healthily and learning how to look after yourself. Such insightful, well-researched and relevant topics that will absolutely change what you think you know about food, the mind, our behaviour around food and the professional advice often promoted by governments and ‘experts’. This is not a series of podcast opinions, but factual, medical advice and knowledge basked in research and delivered in language that does not alienate. Jesse is a skilled, unassuming interviewer that knows how to get the best out of his guests. I like that I feel so well-informed and empowered from the information these episodes provide. I recommend these episodes if you want to understand your body, food and how to achieve good physical and mental health. Pure class.
