    Hi dear listeners, welcome back to the Unfiltered, no BS psychology podcast. Today's episode is a one-on-one talk, where we will discuss the importance of rest and how to take time off without feeling guilty. Being unproductive is unpopular and sometimes can bring out feelings of guilt and judgment. In this episode, we'll specifically delve into midweek breaks and how important it is for our mental health and future success. We'll discuss why we sometimes struggle to indulge in a whole day of self-care without moments of guilt, the negative impact of burnout on productivity, and ways in which we can decompress. I'll tell you my own recent episode of burnout and realization that came with it. Lastly, I’ll share some ways we can take time off midweek and in a way that feels productive. Enjoy today’s episode!
