Invaluable

Enjoying listening to you here in the UK. Being vegan and into fitness puts me in a lone category at the moment so listening to your experiences and tips has been invaluable. You are answering a lot of the questions I had no one to ask so thanks guys keep up the good work.

Love the energy in this podcast

I only started listening recently, but I’m immediately hooked. It is more focused on the benefits of goal setting and health than just veganism and that makes it really accessible.

Quality podcast

Really interesting podcast that crackles with enthusiasm fron presenters who now what they are talking about and cut through the oceans of bs out there. My only point would be these are top end athletes and it would be good to bridge a gap for beginners who are just starting out, those struggling, injured or in my case a 52 yr old who is recovering from a stroke and needs to get back in the saddle.
