Very, Very Funny

These two are hilarious and their banter is great. It’s fun to hear a different take on these films as well!

Movies aren’t real life

I like the concept of the podcast and the reviewers obviously know what they’re talking about but do they realise most movies are fantasies? They are not about real life. We all live in real life and a lot of it is boring, so movies help take us out of the normal and see characters up to 11. The episode on High Fidelity took it apart but it wasn’t about a real person, it was a stretched reality and you don’t expect people to actually be like that. It’s a film. Make believe. Most films are not documentaries so don’t take them too seriously. Oh, and maybe don’t review 80s movies if you weren’t around to see them first time, things change.
